The chosen one...

After our agent show us to the house a few blocks from us.We decided to choose it, 4A,107 Sq, the block is facing a junction ,opposite is City Harvest Church,town council,KFC,prime supermarket(24 hours),24hours coffee shop,markets,guardian pharmacy,7-11(although my next block got a 7-11 on the basement),Nanyang CC,hardware shop,bargain shop,salon,barber,dentist,POSB bank,AXS,SAM..all this is just than 5 mins walk.Total 3 bus stop nearby, which goes to Boon lay/Pioneer MRT,Pionner mall,Jurong Point,Jurong west stadium,Dover road,clementi,Orchard (direct bus)..well..nothing to complaint although the bus stop maybe around 5 mins walk..Mum wanted a flat direct bus stop..but looking at the facilities near by at least our house will not be that noisy if we r facing the main road..

Our new house layout..store room is hacked

4A room,107 Sq..owner hacked the store(I need a store to put mum's junk lol) to build, built in wardrobe in master bedroom..(my room would be bigger than..lol),system 4 air con(1 air con in living room..which I'm not that keen),laminated flooring in all 3 bedrooms.marble flooring in living hall,simple cornice..the block is around 17 years old(rubbish chute in the lift lobby)...and guess what it's on a 2ND STOREY...hmmm but at least it match my budget..high floor will be more expensive.Will update on the new house picture.. :]

ME & Mum hunting for our dream house

After my HLE approve,I  start to search for available resale flat in my areas.Mum doesn't like to go north,eastern,southern part of singapore,so we still stick to our hometown...JURONG...our criterias for the house:
1]High floor
2] Unblock
3] Near to markets,bus stop
4] I prefer a balcony where I can do my puff (sadly most flat with balcony is 5 room flat)

Our agent bring us to the house which is in the same street but few blocks away..Might as well don't move right,but we do had our personal reason to move,not because of our good neighbours,but I just want mum to change environment.It's been around 15 years we stay in our current house.4A, 104 square.There's nothing wrong with the house, I just want mum to move with me, she will be the joint owner but all the money will be my money.If she tops up a bit for my renovation..that's help me a bit..lol. Another reason I want mum to move on, the current house we had lost our beloved brother and dad..too much memory in the house.I just want her to be happy and to forget the past.What we can do now is to pray for thier souls to be blessed.The next house will be a 4 room flat,you may think I'm crazy, 2 person living apply for 4 room flat?? Well, my mum is a malaysian PR so we do have relatives coming over, the spare room do make them comfortable though.If in future if we run into financial, we can rent out 1 room to tide us down ( hopefully it will not come that soon), at least we do have alternative.With the Singapore standard of living we do need to prepare ourself,provided HDB don't change any rules again... ;].

Starting of my new blog

I used to have a few blogs but I totally lazy to update.Till recently when I read this renotalk forum and I saw those beautiful pictures of the blogger's home.I talk to myself I don't want to talk to my relative/friends/people about what I want in my life.I don't want them to misunderstand me.I don't want to give them a wrong impression. I just want to share my joy with others till I set this blog.Everybody wants to hear a happy story and I decided this blog will be the happy diary of mine.Apparently Facebook is not appropriate if you share too much of your personal life.Your boss,colleagues,friends will think that you're showing off your life in the cyber world.Therefore if any posting on this blog may offend,thinking I'm boasting my life off,etc...my sincere apology.I'm just sharing my happy moments with you.Well enough of this long winded story.Hope you will enjoy my blog.Have a nice day. :]
