After I screw big time with the uncle and lose my $100 deposit I decide to go to MGL and look for MAY..as recommended by ROSNIYATI. MGL CURTAIN AND FURNISHING  is located at Eminent plaza in Lavendar.May was also recommended by renotalk forum members.Indeed she is patient, give honest views, and try to accommodate to your budget :] So far have not put up my curtain yet, will post the picture once it's up :]

Monday ,11th April 2011 will be carpentry work, aircon installation,TUESDAY- Curtain measurement and curtain rod installation...will be updating soon :]

Ceiling work

Since I bought 9" downlight which is a way too big size for a HDB flat..my ID got to make the L box thicker to hold the oversize downlight.Normal size should be 4-6" for HDB...9" is commonly use in commercial building..well since I already bought 18 nos of downlight..looks like I will have to stand with it..and yess when I ON all the lights..guess my living and dining will be as bright as a stadium :]

Electrical wiring for the lighting points for downlight is lay first

 The L box is up

Closer view,ID made a gap in between window for so call for my curtain panel

 All is up

Haizz hope my 9" downlight is not too obviously big :[

Wait I forget something...my moving process..tiring work :[

Boxes fill up my old place

Even in the dining area full of boxes

 More boxes

Luckily I manage to squeeze all the items into 2 room to save money on storage space

oh yes..mum 12 pots of plant also being move with a new rack to accommodate them :]

Luckily I engage 1st Choice movers to move my stuff.Cost about $600 from 4 room to 4 room although distant is near..however I found the service is good...Just that they want the box back once I had unpacked..thinking back..recycle is better. :] Take a look at the mess..

More messy works....Tiling :[
